ISChic Terms and Conditions

By accessing or using ISChic.com (the "Site"), you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions ("Agreement"). This Agreement governs your use of the Site and the services provided by ISChic.

1. USE OF SITE

Subject to this Agreement, ISChic grants you a limited, revocable, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and use the Site solely for personal shopping purposes. Commercial use or use on behalf of third parties is prohibited unless expressly permitted by ISChic in writing. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, display, reverse-engineering, or exploitation of the Site or its content is strictly prohibited.
You agree not to upload, distribute, or publish content that:
Infringes intellectual property rights;
Is defamatory, obscene, or unlawful;
Contains harmful code.
ISChic may assign you a password and account. You are solely responsible for account security, unauthorized access, and related obligations. Notify ISChic immediately of security breaches.
ISChic reserves the right to terminate accounts, refuse service, or cancel orders at its discretion, including for violations of applicable law or harmful conduct.

2. REVIEWS AND COMMENTS

Submissions (e.g., reviews, comments, ideas) become ISChic's sole property. By posting, you irrevocably grant ISChic a royalty-free, perpetual, worldwide license to use, modify, and distribute submissions. You warrant that submissions do not infringe third-party rights and agree to indemnify ISChic against related claims.
False identities or misleading content are prohibited. ISChic may remove submissions at its discretion.

3. COPYRIGHT

All content (text, graphics, logos, software) on the Site is owned by ISChic or its licensors and protected under copyright laws. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or commercial exploitation is prohibited. Data mining, meta-tags, or trademarks in meta-tags are strictly forbidden.
ISChic’s products are inspired by celebrity styles but are not endorsed by or affiliated with any third-party brands, shows, or events.

4. DISCLAIMER AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

The Site and products are provided "as is." ISChic disclaims all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for purpose, and non-infringement. ISChic is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability is limited to fees paid by you in the month preceding the claim. Defects covered under warranty exclude damage from misuse, negligence, or non-manufacturing causes.

5. MEMBER ACCOUNT

Each user may create one account. Multiple accounts may be suspended. Users must provide accurate shipping/payment details and comply with customs regulations. ISChic is not liable for incorrect data or customs issues.

6. ORDER ACCEPTANCE

ISChic reserves the right to cancel orders due to stock issues, pricing errors, or fraud concerns. Post-dispatch, transportation liability rests with the logistics provider. Delivery delays for events (e.g., birthdays, holidays) are not ISChic’s responsibility. Orders marked "delivered" are considered fulfilled.

7. ORDER CANCELLATION

Only unpaid or processing orders may be modified. To cancel a shipped order, contact [email protected] promptly. Shipped orders must be accepted, activating the warranty.

8. ORDER SHIPMENTS

ISChic ships globally via third-party carriers. Buyers bear customs duties/taxes. Refused packages incur full liability for costs. Customs policies vary; contact local authorities for details. ISChic cannot mark items as gifts or undervalue shipments.

9. CUSTOMER CODE OF CONDUCT

Unacceptable behavior (e.g., threats, abuse, excessive demands) toward staff may result in account termination. Complaints must align with policies; unrealistic demands or repeated disputes will not be tolerated.

10. GIFT CARD TERMS

E-gift cards (5–100 USD) are non-refundable, non-transferable, and redeemable only on ISChic.com.
Refunds for gift card purchases are issued as store credit.
Report lost/stolen cards immediately. ISChic is not liable for fraudulent use. Cancel within 14 days if unused for a full refund.

11. COMPLAINT ESCALATION

Escalate unresolved issues via email to [email protected]. Responses within 24 hours (excluding weekends/holidays).

12. TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS

ISChic reserves the right to cancel orders with pricing/description errors and notify customers.

13. PRICING AND CURRENCY

Prices are set in USD. Conversions may fluctuate; final charges reflect rates at checkout. Bank fees/exchange rates are the customer’s responsibility.

14. GOVERNING LAW

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Hong Kong.

15. LINKS

ISChic is not responsible for third-party sites linked on the Site.

16. REMEDIES

ISChic may seek injunctive relief, damages, and legal fees for breaches. No waiver of rights is implied by prior leniency.

17. SUBSCRIPTION

Users are auto-subscribed to newsletters; opt-out via account settings.

18. SHIPPING

Orders may be split into multiple packages. Shipping insurance is recommended. Missing package claims must be filed within 3 months (4 months for Latin America).
